Information on your Hayu billing

From 31 August 2026, the Hayu app will no longer be available on the Fetch Mini Gen 3 (H626T). This change is due to Hayu's technological and security requirements for supporting the latest version of its app.

From this date, you will no longer be able to watch Hayu on a Fetch Mini Gen 3.

If your Hayu subscription billed through Fetch was originally activated on this Mini Gen 3 device, your Hayu subscription will automatically end on 31 August 2026. You will not be charged for Hayu through Fetch after this date.

If your Hayu subscription was activated on a compatible Fetch Mini Gen 4 (H671T), Mini Gen 5 (HY4424), Mighty Gen 3 (M616T) or Mighty Gen 4 (M681T), you can continue watching Hayu on tha tdevice. There will be no change to your Hayu subscription or billing through Fetch.
