Fetch TV’s Fetch Rewards June 2026, Phase 1 contest - General Terms & Conditions

By participating in Fetch TV’s Fetch Rewards contest (the "Contest"), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Contest Period

The Contest commences on 9 June 2026 at 6pm AEST and ends on 22 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (“Contest period”).
The Contest is divided into two (2) individual weekly periods (each a “Week”). Entries do not roll over; participants must meet the entry requirements for each specific Week they wish to enter. The entry periods for each Week are as follows:

Week 1: 9 June 2026 – 15 June 2026
Week 2: 16 June 2026 – 22 June 2026

3. Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be valid.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to existing subscribers to the Fetch Service aged 18 years or over residing in Australia ("Eligible Participant").
Eligibility to win the Grand Prize is limited to Eligible Participants who, during the Contest Period (both at entry and winner selection), hold a subscription or subscribe to at least one content pack (Kids, Vibe, Variety or Knowledge) (“Content Pack”) or the Ultimate Pack.
Employees of Fetch TV, its affiliated companies, and agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
Fetch TV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
“Fetch Service” means the Fetch TV subscription-based home entertainment platform.

3. Entry Requirements & Mechanics

HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible for a Prize during a Week, participants must complete the following steps during that Week:

Step 1: Registration (Mandatory)

Participants must submit a valid entry via the official Contest form at this link https://main.fetchtv.com.au/fetch-rewards#signupform.
Each submission must include a response to the creative question for the relevant Week.
Participants may submit multiple entries during each Week. Each valid entry requires a new form submission via the official Contest form. Entries do not roll over between Weeks.

Step 2: Eligible Transaction (Mandatory)

Participants must complete at least one (1) Eligible Transaction on their Fetch Service per entry during the Week.
Each Eligible Transaction will count as a separate entry.
An “Eligible Transaction” is one of the following, to be completed through the Fetch Service:
- Subscription to one (1) or more Content Packs or the Ultimate Pack;
- Subscription to Movie Box; or
- Renting or purchasing the movie 'Michael' from the Fetch Movie Store.

To be eligible to be a Grand Prize Winner, a participant must be subscribed to one (1) or more Content Packs or the Ultimate Pack at the time of entry and winner selection.
All Eligible Transactions can be undertaken on screen from the Fetch Service.
Only completed Eligible Transactions that are not refunded or reversed at the time of Winner determination, set out in clause 4, count as a valid entry.

4. Winner Determination

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. At the end of each Week, six (6) winners (each, a “Winner”) will be determined from Eligible Participants who have completed the required entry steps, based on the following criteria:

Primary Criteria (Creativity and Originality): Prizes will be awarded to Eligible Participants who submit the most creative, original and engaging responses to the question during the relevant Week, as determined by the Fetch TV judging panel.
Tie-Breaker: In the event of two or more entries that are judged to be of equal creative merit, the Fetch TV judging panel may consider the participant’s number of Eligible Transactions during the relevant Week as a secondary factor.

The Fetch TV judging panel will determine the Winners in their sole discretion, and the decision is final. Winners can only win one Prize per Week. Grand Prize Winners are not eligible to be selected as a Winner again during the Contest Period.

All entries, including all intellectual property rights associated therewith, vest in Fetch TV immediately upon submission. Participants relinquish all future claims to ownership and acknowledge that no further rights, titles, or interests in the submission are reserved by the participant.

5. Prize Details and Value

The total prize pool is approximately AU$2,449.90, comprising six (6) Prizes per Week, as follows:

Grand Prize: One (1) AU$500 Woolworths Gift Card per Week awarded to the Winner with the most creative submission, as determined in accordance with Clause 4 (“Grand Prize Winner”); and
Runner-Up Prize: One (1) AU$50 Woolworths Gift Card and one (1) official Michael vinyl worth AU$94.99 per Week awarded to each of the next five (5) Winners whose creative responses were ranked immediately following the Grand Prize Winner (“Runner-Up Winner(s)”),

(together, the “Prize(s)”).

6. Winner Notification and Claiming

Winner selection for each Week is intended to take place within five (5) business days after the end of each Week. Fetch reserves the right to delay winner selection, in which case selection for all Weeks will take place within five (5) business days after the end of the Contest Period.

Winners will be contacted via the email provided in their entry form within five (5) business days of selection, and may be announced on Fetch TV’s social media pages.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their Prize. Failure to do so results in forfeiture, and the Prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring Eligible Participant.

The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or alternative gift card brands. The use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer, including any expiry dates or usage restrictions. Any unused balance remaining on a Prize after its expiry date will be forfeited and will not be replaced or refunded by Fetch TV.
Fetch TV reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize or any element of it is unavailable for any reason. If the Winner is unable to accept or take delivery of the Prize awarded for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Winner will not be entitled to any payment or other compensation.
If a Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or a selected Winner's entry is disqualified, the Prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring Eligible Participant in the rank order defined above who has not yet won a Prize. This award will take place within twenty-five (25) days after the relevant Week. There will be no "draw" or "redraw" of any kind. This process will continue until all Prizes have been successfully allocated to qualified Winners.

7. Privacy

By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to Fetch TV handling your personal information in accordance with Fetch TV’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/privacy-policy, as well as Fetch TV contacting you for purposes related to the administration and communication of this Contest. This may include, but is not limited to, updates on your entry, Contest-related announcements, and other relevant notifications. Data will be used for the purpose of administering this Contest and for other purposes, including marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By submitting your entry and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also expressly consent to receive direct marketing communications from Fetch TV including promotional updates and newsletters sent via email, SMS, and other electronic messages, about our products, services, and special offers. This consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any communication from Fetch TV, or by contacting Fetch TV as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/privacy-policy.

8. General Conditions

Fetch TV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Terms and Conditions if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Fetch TV's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
Use of the Prize is subject to Fetch TV’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/general-terms-of-use.
Fetch TV is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, and may disqualify any entry which does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Except as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable law, no representation or warranty is given by Fetch TV in respect of the Contest or the Prize.
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fetch TV, its related bodies corporate, affiliates and agents, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any Prize awarded.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, and participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of such social media platforms in entering into and participating in the Contest. Participants release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any and all liability related to this Contest.
Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
