Important service message about your Fetch
Hello,
We're writing to let you know about upcoming changes to the Fetch Mini Gen 3 (H626T) and Fetch Mighty Gen 3 (M616T), including changes to certain streaming apps and new included channels on Fetch.

Changes to Netflix billing
From 1 November 2026, Fetch will no longer bill you for your Netflix subscription. Your final Fetch charge for Netflix will occur on your regular billing date in October.
To keep your service uninterrupted, you will need to add your payment details directly to your Netflix account during your November billing cycle. Netflix will contact you closer to date with instructions on how to update your billing information.
Streaming Apps
Your Fetch Mini Gen 3 is now our oldest generation of access device in service. It runs on old-generation technology and it is approaching the end of its support lifecycle. As such, a number of third party streaming app providers have informed Fetch that they will not continue to allow their apps to be delivered on Mini Gen 3 devices, as these Gen 3 devices will no longer support the best experience of those apps.
The following third party app providers have advised Fetch that their apps will cease to function on the Gen 3 Mini:
- Hayu — ceasing 31 August 2026. View information on your Hayu billing here.
- Netflix — ceasing 26 November 2026.
- SBS on Demand — ceasing soon. Date to be confirmed.
- Paramount+ — ceasing from calendar year 2027.
Additionally, the 7Plus app, HBO Max app, the newly launched MySatGo App and others are not supported on the Mini Gen 3.
